The unboxing video is mandated for any return, exchange, or other issues.
In case you received a damaged product, it is required that you contact us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours since the product has been delivered to you (based on data that we receive from the delivery company) - it is required that you notify us about the damage by email - firstname.lastname@example.org including minimum 2 images & unboxing video of the damaged product.
If 48 hours went by, we won't be able to provide you with a replacement.
Also, no return or exchange is applicable on Showpieces/Home Accents bought in Sale.
Furniture (Poufs, Ottomans, Tables & Cabinets) once sold will not be taken back. i.e No return / exchange on furniture.
Disclaimer: In case you received a damaged Home Accent you need to provide us an unboxing video for any exchange/replacement.
Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight based on invoice value as follows -
1. Our return policy is applicable within 48 HOURS from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Manufacturing defect, an incorrect product, or damaged product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) along with the unboxing video of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return/exchange/replacement. You can send us the images and video at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question using our courier partners only. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-5 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
Points to remember - The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product must be unused and in its original condition. You will be asked to pack the product securely - PLEASE NOTE THE COURIER DOES NOT PROVIDE PACKING SERVICE, it means that you need to hand over securely packed products that can reach us in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in the form of google pay or through Paytm.
